Management Changes at Energy Assets


Energy Assets and Pulse 24, part of the Energy Assets group, have restructured their existing management team to meet the future needs of the business, recent contract successes and growth opportunities in the sector. The restructure follows the decision of Alan McKeating, the current Managing Director of Energy Assets to leave the business.


Bellamy-Lee CEOPhil Bellamy-Lee will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) immediately for  both Energy Assets and Pulse 24, Prior to establishing Energy Assets together with Alan McKeating, Phil worked for Invensys, UGI and Bryan Donkin.

 

 

 

 


Gibson COORussell Gibson will become Chief Operations Officer (COO) for both businesses, having worked for the Fusion Group and British Gas Group of Companies prior to joining Energy Assets. 

 

 

 

 

McMorrow CFOA new appointment to the senior management team is John McMorrow. As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Energy Assets group of companies, John will also have a direct responsibility for the IT team and their key role of delivering the digital platforms which differentiate Energy Assets within its sector. Prior to joining Energy Assets, John was with the Murray Group.

 

 

 

New CEO Phil Bellamy Lee and COO Russell Gibson have both been with the Energy Assets business since its inception and have substantial track records within the gas industry. 


Commenting on the changes, Phil Bellamy-Lee, CEO of Energy Assets said
“Alan has been a successful Managing Director, charting our course for the past 5 years through start-up and the subsequent purchase by Macquarie.  He leaves the company in a very strong position with a great team in place, an excellent product and an infrastructure that stand us apart from our competition. 
Energy Assets will continue this growth by ensuring continued customer satisfaction underpins our entire operations. I am pleased to be joined by Russell Gibson in his expanded capacity and to have John McMorrow join the team as CFO. Our combined aim is to keep Energy Assets moving forward in 2011 and beyond.”
